3. Content moderation and user conduct

Happispace allows users to generate and share content. To maintain a safe and positive community, we have established the following rules:

3.1 User responsibilities

• By using Happispace, you agree not to post any content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or illegal.
• Users must agree to our Terms & Conditions before creating or sharing content.
• Any content found violating these terms will be removed, and the user may be subject to suspension or permanent banning from the platform.

3.2 Prohibited content

Users may not share content that includes:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Violence, threats, or content encouraging harm.
• Explicit, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• False or misleading information.
• Any content that violates the rights of others, including copyright or intellectual property laws.

3.3 Content filtering and moderation

• We automatically and manually monitor content to detect and remove objectionable material.
• Users can report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting system.
• Reported content will be reviewed and addressed within 24 hours.
• Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.4 Blocking and reporting users

• Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.
• If a user is found to be abusive or violating our community guidelines, they can be reported for further action.

3.5 Developer responsibility

• We commit to taking action on reported content within 24 hours.
• We may permanently ban users who repeatedly violate our guidelines.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your data under the following circumstances:

4.1 Notes you share to the Soulshare Jar

When you share a note to the Soulshare Jar, you are sharing it publicly. It is shown with the username you chose and the date you wrote it — never with your real name, your email address, or anything else from your profile. A shared note may be:

• shown to other people using the app, anywhere in the world;
• shown to visitors of gethappispace.com/jar, our website, where anyone can draw a note without an account;
• given its own public web address, and rendered as a shareable image that may appear as a link preview on social networks and messaging apps.

Because of this, please don’t put anything in a shared note that identifies you or anybody else, or that you would not want a stranger to read. Notes you keep in your personal jar are never displayed publicly. You can ask us to remove a shared note at any time by contacting us at happiness.soulshare.space@gmail.com; we will take it down from the app and the website, though we cannot recall copies that other people have already saved or reposted.

4.2 Service providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app, such as cloud storage providers and analytics platforms.

4.3 Legal obligations

We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or prevent illegal activity.

4.4 Aggregated data
